Weifeng received his B.S. degree in MSE from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2001. He is currently a graduate student in MSE, working on molecular beam epitaxy of InAs/GaAs quantum dot superlattices and ion beam synthesis of GaAs-based nanostructures. He became a PhD Candidate in August 2004.
