Sibasish Mukherjee joined the Ghosh group in fall 2005. He is currently a precandidate for the doctoral degree in the department of materials science and engineering. His area of research is in the topic of "Friction Stir Welding and Processing Research". Before coming to the University of Michigan he completed his B.Tech and MSc.(Engg.) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, respectively.
