I study the self-assembly of Polyhedral Oligomeric Silsesquioxane (POSS) based molecules by molecular simulation methods. These simulation methods include, characterized in length scale, ab initio quantum mechanical calculation, molecular dynamics simulation with classical and reactive force fields and mesoscale simulation.
