The topic of our project is "the Simulation of Localization and Structure in a glass." As we know, different simulation systems with different quench times and shear rates will have different properties. My part of this project is mainly focusing on the change of structure based on different simulation systems. By running the simulation on super computers, analyzing the data files and visualizing the change of structure by plotting the histogram of percentage of atoms in stable clusters, we want to determine how the structure of the molecules changes with different quench times and shear rates. |
